FAST TURNAROUND ON REPAIRS
Choose between our express 48 hour and 14 days standard turnaround on repairs. All serviceable components are replaced on our repairs to make your equipment reliable. Axxa provides one-year warranty on all repaired assemblies. All repairs are complemented by our ‘No Fix No Fee’; it is exactly as it sounds, if we can't fix it you don't pay a cent. Turnaround times for repairs are: -
- Drives, Motors 7 to 15 days
- HMIs 4-10 days
- PLCs 2-4 weeks
- Rush repair available on most parts in 1-3 days

Credit Cards
Axxa accepts most major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard and Western Union online or by phone (Written Authorization for approval of product purchase/repair is required).
Bank/Wire Transfer
Customers can instruct their bank to send the amount shown in the proforma invoice. Please contact us for our bank details. Please note we will ship products when the money has cleared our bank account.

Credit Account
Axxa offers businesses that make regular transactions the opportunity to apply for credit accounts (which are payable within 30 days from Invoice) which enables them to purchase any of the parts listed on our website.
For credit applications, completion of the form is required. Once done we require you to fax it back to our accounts department at (716) 313 2997. Alternatively email the relevant paperwork to: info@axxamotion.com
SHIPPING
Lead Times
Axxa ships worldwide; products ship within 1 to 5 working days upon receipt of payment. Same day Rush fee may apply for expedited shipping.
Carriers
UPS, DHL and FedEx are our preferred carriers. Any tracking numbers are emailed to customers once order has been dispatched. In some cases, we can also ship using your shipping account.
Blind Shipping
Whether you represent yourself as an automation reseller or a repair provider our blind shipping service is the easy way to keep Axxa branding hidden from your customers. If you specify blind shipping on the order form, we will put your returns address on the package and attach a copy of your delivery note at no extra cost. We will also remove all of our stickers from the unit and packaging.

WARRANTY

SERVICE/CORE EXCHANGE PROGRAM (GO GREEN)
Service exchange is an economically and environmentally friendly route to replacing your broken part with a fully functional one. It allows you to dispose of your old unit by exchanging it for a working part. At Axxa core exchange is available on selected items and can help you save time and money. Simply send us your core (faulty units) and receive a discount of up to 50% on a refurbished unit. If there is an emergency machine breakdown, don't panic - we can despatch your replacement unit before receiving your core, we refund the difference upon its arrival at ours location and after evaluation. Advantages of Core Exchange program are: -
